       We are not operated by the Republican Party or any other political group, lobby or interest. We are an independent, non profit, non-partisan, conservative based grass roots organization focused on preserving the principles and values of our Founding Fathers, as captured in our nation's Constitution and who wish to hold all elected offices of gov't accountable. From the federal down to the school district. We depend on you, the citizen, to stand up and remind the politicians that we are the ones in power, not them. We are poised to pursue events and actions to make our elected officials follow these Constitutional principles and values. They are not our rulers!

   The emphasis of our site and also the Rally at North Park is holding government and public officials accountable and hearing the opinions of the People. This is on all levels of gov't from the Federal, regional, State, county, townships, city/village level and finally our school district. We also wish to protect our right to bear arms; right to privacy; private property rights and to protect them from eminent domain seizers. And most importantly, protecting the Family unit from all forms of attack and interference. Also by ensuring that the Federal Gov't doesn't nationalize our healthcare in any form or fashion, taking over the Internet, our commerce, nor keeping the borders open for illegals or enemies of the U.S. from entering and attacking our people. Congress cannot let that happen.  As the legitimate legislative branch, Congress must step up and take responsibility.  And we need to send a clear message that if this Congress will not stop the FCC's Internet takeover, we need to elect one that will.

  ATTENTION ALL PATRIOTS Part 2:

To get any intiative onto the ballot as a state constitutional amendment typically requires great resources of time and money. We have NEITHER!

If the Attorney General accepts our petition we are then obligated to submit over 402,000 valid registered voter signatures by the end of June. Truthfully, this is nearly impossible. I repeat, nearly — but not definitely.

These signatures must also conform to specific percentages among the 88 counties. For the Casino initiative, I’ve been told they spent over $4 million dollars on both advertising and paid professional petitioners to get on the ballot.

The Ohio Project (theohioproject.com) is our way to save time and money. All people need to do is go to the site, enter their contact information and encourage all their friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors to do the same. This will allow us to monitor how many potential signatures we have, as well as county percentages.

EXAMPLE: Once Knox County hits its 5% threshold (2,078 valid signatures) we could send out 10-15 petitioners, contact all those who registered and have them meet at a central location. This will save us time and money. If people can’t make the location, we can send peititioners directly to their homes to ensure they’re included. In other words, no more door-to-door, no more waiting outside post offices or libraries.

Once the database is filled, we will also have earned the ability to fast-track ANY legislation that fits the political profile of our petitioners bank. Those who oppose this Health Care Bill will most likely also oppose Cap-and-Tax legislation, as well as opposing the current estate tax. We, in essence can fast-track any amendment onto the ballot by re-visiting our petition bank.

Can you image the healthy fear the politicians will (finally) have of their constitutents when we can control the ballot? By controlling the ballot in such a direct way we can control their pay, term limits, pensions, etc….

                               Help repeal Ohio's Death Tax 

   This grassroots cause, joined by an ever growing number, was started by a small business owner who wanted a better future for Ohio. Citizens United to End Ohio's Estate Tax is the ballot issue political action committee formed to run the campaign.   Ohio's estate tax is levied at rates of 5%-7% on taxable estates over a mere $338,333. It generates less than 1% of total state and local revenues.

  The petition now in circulation will give the General Assembly a last chance to end the estate tax. If the General Assembly fails to act, a second petition will be circulated to put the issue on the ballot for the people to decide.
