In brief, you should know the following about us: Our organization was officially established in September of 2009 but has been brewing for quite some time. We will be responsible for providing outstanding representation of accountability on ALL levels of gov't and our school system. We are located in and represent the residents and small businesses of Springboro as a whole.
We are a non profit, grass roots organization of concerned citizens who wish to hold all elected offices of gov't accountable. From the federal down to the school district. We depend on you, the citizen, to stand up and remind them that we are the ones in power, not them. They are not our rulers! Now you can also use SpringboroTeaParty.org to come here too. This saves any confusion as well as prevents any anti STP groups from parodying our site and causing any issues. "Μολὼν λάβε" - (Translation - 'Come And Get Them!') In a nutshell, we support Free Markets, Fiscal Responsibility which includes holding public officials and their policies accountable, Limited Government on all levels, State's Rights and Restoring our Republic to it's rightful glory by enforcing our Constitution as the supreme law of the land and securing our national sovereignty by fighting the global cabal that is trying to institute a one world government known as the New World Order.
However, as any 6 month or up to life resident of this great small city of ours has seen that the taxation and policies that have come and gone over the years warrant an informed and politically active populace to the dealings of our local government. Lastly, a lot of people who support the tea party movement and what it stands for may not be able nor want to drive to Dayton, Cincinnati or Columbus. With this here right in our back yards, it is much more convienent given the economic hardships that many citizens of Springboro might be facing right now. And since we cannot rely on the media to report on it or to do it fairly, why not be there in person?
1. Abolish the Federal Reserve System and return control over America’s money supply to Congress. In the almost 100 years since the privately owned (mostly foreign global bankers such as the Rothschilds) Federal Reserve System was established we have seen a series of booms and depressions/recessions and the erosion of our purchasing power due to the fraudulent fraction reserve banking system. We feel it is long since time to end this massive ripoff of the American taxpayer. 2. Criminal trials of those really behind the 9/11 attacks on America including those officials who had prior knowledge and did nothing. We no longer believe in the official conspiracy theory of some 6′6? Arab sitting in a cave in Afghanistan causing the events of 9/11, including causing the entire US Air Force to stand down and violating the basic Laws of Physics. 3. Immediate end to the Iraqi War and to the Afghanistan War; full public investigations into war profiteering in both wars. 4. No further wars without a formal Declaration of War by Congress. 5. End all paid and professional lobbying of Congress and the Executive branch of government. 6. Federal financing of federal election campaigns with no Political Action Committees, no spending on elections by any corporation or organization, no donations to political candidates in federal elections exceeding $1,000 per person. 7. No use of computer voting or vote counting in federal elections. all voting to be on paper ballots, with voters using indelible ink on a thumb after voting, all vote counting to be done in public at each voting place, with results publicly posted at each voting place immediately after counting. 8. No foreign lobbying of Congress and the Executive Branch of government including AIPAC. 9. Tariffs on foreign manufactured goods entering America and an abolishment of all tax breaks for off-shoring manufacturing and other corporate activities. 10. Trust busting of the major banks and Wall Street firms and growing monopolies and concentrations of corporate ownership. 11. Trust busting of the concentration of news media ownership. 12. Criminal charges for those responsible for the economic crisis and economic restitution under RICO laws. 13. Criminal charges for those responsible for torture and other violations of the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution, no wiretapping without just cause and a specific individual court order, no viewing of phone/cell phone/Internet records without just cause and a specific court order. 14. No corporate or bank salary or bonus (or combination thereof) over $1 million per year. 15. A full return to Constitutional Law, including no signing statements, no Executive Orders, no federal usurping of state or private rights under the Constitution. 16. A end to the Patriot Act and all its provisions, an end to the full body scanning at airports. 17. No dual nationals in the Executive branch of government (such as the current White House Chief of Staff). 18. Full disclosure of Obama’s birth certificate and the nation of the passport used by him to travel to when in school. 19. Obliterate the “Admiralty Courts” and return to 100% civil courts. 20. Eliminate the UCC (Uniform Code of Commerce) with regards to non-commercial “persons”. 21. Eliminate the US Code as it is the actual document that makes 60 million actions (mostly innocent, victim-less crimes) criminal. 22. A new legal document succinctly stating that the government and it’s publicly registered corporations are subservient to human being citizens, not the revers. 23. There are several reasons to form a Tea Party in ‘Boro. Not only are we standing up to the over burdening taxation of the citizenry as a nation by a corrupt and inept government in Washington, D.C., but also as citizens of the Great Sovereign State of Ohio. Where we are strong supporters of State's Rights! Then on to our more local forms of government; the Warren County and the local governance of Clearcreek Township, the City of Springboro and lastly our school district.
The emphasis of our site and also the Rally at North Park is holding government and public officials accountable and hearing the opinions of the People. This is on all levels of gov't from the Federal, regional, State, county, townships, city/village level and finally our school district. We also wish to protect our right to bear arms; right to privacy; private property rights and to protect them from eminent domain seizers. And most importantly, protecting the Family unit from all forms of attack and interference. Also by ensuring that the Federal Gov't doesn't nationalize our healthcare in any form or fashion, our commerce, nor keeping the borders open for illegals or enemies of the U.S. from entering and attacking our people. As of July of 2009, Springboro, Ohio was ranked an astounding 41st ‘Best City to Live In America’ in 2009. Given we were one of merely 6 cities in the whole State of Ohio to have that honor alone was an accomplishment. But to be that highly ranked in the NATION is quite staggering!
Not to mention, we do not want to copy what everyone else might be doing at their tea parties. We try to be as original as possible by giving it that 'Boro touch and focus any spending that might occur from these events to stay in the Springboro area. This will help us at home first by fueling our local economy as we rally together against an overburdening and often corrupt upper gov't structure that has been allowed to run amuck for far too long.
